Dunedin Day 1 17/9/13
We got up reasonably early and looked at the options for things to do and the weather. It was a pretty nasty day grey wet and rainy we checked the various things we had planned and a lot were really good weather things. We also looked into a scenic railway and found it didn’t run on the days we could go. So we decided to get some food have a brief wander round dunedin and take stock from there.
We has lunch in a pub called Ratbags in the center of Dunedin called the octagon. We had two pints of speights distinctive ale and a half meter <p name volcano place> pizza which was ham cheese and garlic prawns it was really good and half price too. After that we wandered back to the hotel played some games watched some tv.
We headed out for dinner and went to a place called Angus where we both had spare ribs to start with a pint of original ale. Then I had angus rump which was an enormous chunk of meat. Byrnie had lamb rump. Stuffed we staggered back up the hill to the hotel.
